Roles & Responsibilities:Spearhead AI-driven marketing across social platformsCurate weekly high-quality project ideas for YouTubeRecruit top-notch influencers and instructorsOversee course recording and LMS managementCraft an unparalleled learner experience

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:2-4 years of EdTech experience as a Senior Program ManagerA knack for juggling multiple tasks while riding a unicycle (metaphorically)The problem-solving skills of Sherlock Holmes and the hustle of a startup founderA track record of thriving in fast-paced, remote environmentsThe ability to turn complex AI concepts into bite-sized, irresistible content

Compensation & Benefits:40k INR for first 3 months, then 65k INR with quarterly reviewsBi-yearly performance-based hikes or incentivesOpportunity to shape the future of AI educationFlexible work arrangementsCollaborative, innovation-driven environment
