The role in a gist:

As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role you will be working extensively with internal and external stakeholders; identifying, building and nurturing partnerships to support business growth. Sounds like you? What you will work on:

- Proactively sourcing and identifying new business opportunities in targeted industries and markets.- Developing the roadmap and strategy for leveraging partnerships across the mid corporate segment to leverage business growth.- Engaging with CXOs, Executives and key management personnel at equal intervals to understand the partnership avenues.- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, contributing to long-term partnerships and repeat business.- Ensuring the portfolio growth and quality on Pan-India level for relationships managed.

The ideal candidate:

- Excellent communication skills.- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a strategic approach to partnership management.- Go Getter Attitude.- Extremely Passionate about Sales and Business Development.

Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- 6+ years of proven experience in strategic alliances, business development, or key account acquisition in the NBFC or lending industry.- Proficient in analyzing market trends, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and adapt business development strategies accordingly.- Good understanding of Financial Products and ability to take deals to successful closure.
