We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drupal and AEM Web Applications Consultant with Developer experience to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Drupal and AEM-based web solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Architecture and Engineering

- Solution Architecture: Lead the design and development of robust Drupal and AEM-based web architectures, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, user experience, and compliance with data protection and IT security standards.- Platform Governance: Execute platform governance, AKS Cluster Management, and web-based services, ensuring operational stability, availability, and maintainability while collaborating with external suppliers.- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of Drupal and AEM, including their core functionalities, modules, and best practices. Utilise a broad range of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) to create innovative and interactive web experiences.- Cloud Integration: Collaborate with Microsoft to design and implement cloud-based or hybrid on-premises solutions, optimising resource utilisation and cost-effectiveness.

Client Consulting and Project Delivery

- Strategic Consulting: Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on Drupal and AEM implementation strategies, addressing their specific business needs and challenges.- Project Management: Oversee the successful delivery of Drupal and AEM projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, designers, testers) to deliver high-quality web solutions.

Continuous Learning and Innovation

- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Drupal, AEM, web technologies, and cloud computing.- Innovation: Drive CMS strategy and innovation, working closely with data protection, IT security, and segment IT teams to deliver cutting-edge digital experiences.

Essential Skills and Experience

- Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Drupal and AEM-based web applications. Strong understanding of web development principles and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).- Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and hybrid infrastructure.- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and external suppliers.- Technical Certifications: Certification in Drupal or AEM.- Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile development methodologies.- Community Engagement: Contributions to the Drupal or AEM community (e.g., modules, documentation).- Additional Skills: Experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, C#) and integration with Drupal or AEM, configuring and using web-based CMS like Drupal, AEM and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks and tools, Azure Kubernetes Services and other Azure Cloud solutions and services, Cloud Infrastructure, Security/Encryption, Networking/Domains, and Certificates.

Important Location Criteria

- While this role is primarily based in Delhi, we are open to remote working arrangements for suitably qualified candidates outside of the region.
