Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualization and Design: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative motion graphics and animations that align with the brand’s vision and marketing goals.
  • Animation Production: Create high-quality animations, including 2D/3D motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects, for various media including videos, websites, social media, and advertising.
  • Storyboarding: Develop storyboards and visual representations of projects to guide the animation process.
  • Editing and Compositing: Edit and composite raw footage with motion graphics elements to produce polished final videos.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce motion graphics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, videographers, copywriters, and marketing professionals to ensure a cohesive visual style.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all graphics and animations are completed to the highest standards, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in motion graphics and animation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in motion graphics and animation.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics and animation projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Cinema 4D, and other relevant software.
  • Creative Skills: Strong artistic sense with a keen eye for detail, color, composition, and typography.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate creative ideas and collaborate effectively.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
