Your Mission :
As an experienced Product Owner, Product Management, collaborate with product management leads, architects, user experience designers, engineers, testers, and project managers to deliver solutions.
- Be a leader, backlog owner, and end-user expert for a cross-functional Agile team of developers, quality assurance, online help and training authors, architects and UX designers
- Interact with product managers, internal subject matter experts, and customer end-users to understand and define the key problems, requirements, workflows, and define solutions
- Create detailed use cases, supporting functional requirements, workflows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with User Experience designers to develop and approve user experience flows and designs
- Work closely with development team comprised of global members in an Agile Scrum environment to refine, prioritize and support the development, testing and release of functionality
- Support and lead key internal cross-functional activities necessary for successful product release including sales and support training and general product awareness.
- Lead customer feedback sessions, preparing presentations and engaging end users effectively to define innovative solutions
- Create presentations and demos to help train internal teams and educate customer users on roadmap and new functionality
- Review, prioritize, comment and follow up on product defects
- Evangelize the product and serve as a point of contact and product expert for internal teams and external customers
- Partner with customer support to assist in the resolution of escalated concerns.
- Triage and prioritize bug fixes in the product backlog
Your Competencies:
- Experience with user experience and business process development
- Experience with application and system development
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience in agile development and using development tools

Your Education & Experience:
- 6-10 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or equivalent
- Experience working with international teams while navigating and respecting cultural nuances; strong people skills to lead collaboration across functions and organizations
- Passion for creating customer value through innovative technology solutions
- Self-starter attitude, Results-driven, data-driven, and action-oriented
- Able to present to senior management level audiences, both internal and external
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, quantitative, and critical thinking abilities
- Familiarity or work experience in the Pharmaceutical space is highly desired but not required.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical degree.
