Our compliance function is a crucial part of the business, ensuring we comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.


We're looking for an experienced compliance professional to work on:

  • Taking care of US tax and compliance documentation including annual reporting and ad hoc forms.
  • Support in completing documentation needed to set up new entities and bank accounts across various jurisdictions as well as helping to ensure compliance with requirements of these jurisdictions (including BVI and Cayman).
  • Processing payrolls and related documentation (salary slips, TDS filing etc).


Ideally you will have:

  • 3+ years experience in compliance (US tax/compliance experience will be a huge plus - don't need any working experience in any other jurisdictions)
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Be detail orientated, finishing tasks flawlessly with no errors
  • Highly organised, ensuring all deadlines are mapped and met ahead of time
