Job Title:  Social Media Engagement & Growth Intern

Location:  Chennai


Responsibilities

As a Social Media Engagement & Growth Intern, you will:

  1. Community Engagement:
  • Interact with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive community vibe.
  1. Content Planning & Execution:
  • Assist in scheduling, uploading, and optimizing posts for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Research trending topics, hashtags, and formats that align with the brand’s content.
  1. Analytics & Insights:
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for growth and engagement.
  • Provide weekly reports with actionable recommendations.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the content creation and design team to ensure timely delivery of posts.
  • Suggest creative ideas for campaigns and engagement strategies.
  1. Learning & Experimentation:
  • Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes.
  • Experiment with new growth strategies and share learnings.


Skills Required

  • Strong logical thinking and analytical mindset.
  • A passion for learning and exploring social media trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
