ResponsibilitiesWork with key production stakeholders to create, implement and run production schedules, track and manage workflow through the departments to meet internal and external deadlinesManage and ensure production schedules are on budgetTrack and maintain project updates on ShotGridLead the process of updating notes, project progress and critical information in the production databaseAnticipate and communicate issues to the producer and supervisor and propose solutionsLead the process of updating production coordinators on detailed schedule progress
ExperienceProven Production Management experience working for a VFX Studio / production houseExperience in managing multiple projectsDeep knowledge of the bidding, budgeting and scheduling processExperience using ShotGrid over multiple productions to track progressExcellent project management and client communication skillsExperience in managing client relationships and expectationsVendor management experience is a plus
