We’re Hiring: Resident Medical Officer (Casualty & ICU)

Location: A prominent hospital in Kochi, Kerala

Shifts: 12-hour rotational shifts (day and night)

Off Days: 9-10 off days per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive medical care in the Casualty (Emergency Room).- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of patient care.- Participate in daily handovers, rounds, and manage critical situations effectively.- Follow established protocols to deliver evidence-based and patient-centric care.

Academic Opportunities:

We believe in nurturing medical talent and offer residents the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training in:

- Airway Management: Intubation and advanced techniques.- Mechanical Ventilation: Understanding and managing ventilatory support.- Invasive Procedures: USG guided Central line and arterial line insertion.- Point-of-Care Ultrasound: Bedside critical care ultrasound POCUS & EFAST.- ICU Management: Handling critically ill patients with comprehensive care strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

- MBBS with valid registration.- Minimum 1-2 yrs experience in Emergency Medicine/Casualty.- Strong ability to work as a team and independently manage patients.- Academic interest in learning critical care and emergency medicine.- Excellent communication skills.
