Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives focusing on home loans LAP business loans and DSA sourcing. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven track record in developing partnerships with Direct Sales Agents to drive growth in these product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies for home loans LAP and business loans ensuring alignment with company goals.
    • Identify new market opportunities and trends to drive product growth.
  • DSA Sourcing and Management:

    • Identify onboard and manage relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to expand the distribution network.
    • Provide training and support to DSAs to ensure effective promotion and selling of loan products.
    • Team Leadership:

      • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
      • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
    • Client Relationship Management:

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
      • Understand client needs and provide customized loan solutions.
    • Performance Monitoring:

      • Track sales performance metrics analyze results and prepare regular reports for senior management.
      • Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
    • Collaboration:

      • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
      • Collaborate on promotional campaigns to enhance product visibility.
    • Networking:

      • Attend industry events seminars and networking functions to promote the company's loan products and establish valuable connections.
      • Cultivate relationships with real estate agents financial advisors and other potential referral sources.
    • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or a related field.
    • 4 years of experience in sales/business development particularly in home loans LAP business loans and DSA sourcing.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic partnerships.
    • Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
