As a Senior Curriculum Manager (Academics, English) , you will play a pivotal role in designing rigorous, engaging, and research-backed English curriculum and assessments that empower teachers and accelerate student learning across the country.What you will do:Lead the end-to-end design of world-class English curriculum, lesson plans, and assessmentsConduct deep academic research and translate insights into high-impact learning materialUse AI tools thoughtfully to enhance quality, speed, and efficiency in curriculum creationReview, refine, and elevate content quality across teamsCollaborate with design and tech to bring a digital-first lens to curriculum creationDrive project execution with strong planning, coordination, and academic rigorWhat you need:Expertise in the English language, English pedagogy, and age-appropriate skill progression6–7 years of experience in designing English curriculum, lesson plans, or academic resourcesStrong understanding of instructional frameworks and scope & sequence designExperience teaching English or coaching teachers in English instructionProven ability to manage complex academic projects end-to-endPassion for innovation, problem-solving, and creating scalable learning impactIf you’re excited by the idea of shaping the future of English education at scale — we’d love to meet you.Apply now
