About Us:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Growth Manager (BGM) to join our team at MN Interio, an industry leader in interior and exterior design services. The BGM will play a critical role in driving business growth by managing a team of Business Growth Executives (BGEs) and expanding our commercial and residential client base. This position requires the ability to identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and create strategies for growing the company’s market share in the interior design sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis

Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, competition, and potential client needs in the interior design industry (both commercial and residential).

Analyze market data to craft strategies for market penetration and expansion, tailored to MN Interior's offerings.

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry specific events like design expos and trade shows.

Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure alignment with MN Interior's target market and growth objectives.

  • Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture strong relationships with both commercial and residential clients, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional business.

Regularly meet with decision-makers to discuss project needs, present proposals, and secure long-term partnerships.

  • Sales Strategy Growth

Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for both the commercial and residential sectors to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals, ensuring synergy across departments.

  • Market Expansion and Brand Awareness

Explore opportunities to grow MN Interior's market presence across new regions and sectors.

Contribute to branding and marketing efforts by offering insights and suggestions to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the interior design industry.

  • Team Management

Manage and guide a team of Business Growth Executives (BGEs) responsible for commercial and residential projects.

Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and train BGEs, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed.

Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and Growth opportunities to meet sales targets.

  • Training and Growth

Design and conduct training programs for BGEs, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, market trends, and negotiation skills specific to the interior design industry.

Organize regular training sessions to bridge skill gaps and ensure continuous professional Growth for the sales team.

  • Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting

Set clear KPIs for the sales team and ensure these are monitored regularly.

Report sales performance, market feedback, and key achievements to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
