Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Procurement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in procurement management within the real estate or construction industry. The Senior Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.

Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and fostering long-term partnerships.

Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.

Monitor and manage the procurement budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and transparency.

Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior role within the real estate or construction industry.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
