The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading 3D visualization projects, creating immersive and impactful shopper experiences, and driving engagement through innovative marketing activations. This role requires a creative thinker with a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality work that meets our business objectives.
3D Visualization Leadership:Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of 3D visualization projects for retail environments.Develop detailed 3D renderings and models that bring shopper marketing strategies to life.Ensure all 3D visualizations meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
Shopper Marketing:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement shopper marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.Analyze shopper insights and trends to inform the creation of effective in-store experiences.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate 3D visualizations into broader marketing campaigns.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of 3D artists and designers, providing guidance and support to foster creativity and professional growth.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align 3D visualizations and activations with overall business goals.Present concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders, effectively communicating the vision and expected outcomes.
Desired ProfileBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in 3D design, with a focus on shopper marketing and activations.Managed client interactionsProven track record of leading 3D visualization projects from concept to completion.Strong portfolio showcasing 3D renderings and successful shopper marketing activations.
Skills:Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as Blender, 3ds Max, or similar tools.Excellent understanding of shopper marketing principles and consumer behaviour.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
