# Project Manager - Animation Studio

Anamorphic mappingProjection mapping2D and 3D animationMixed media projectsAugmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR)

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)As our Project Manager, you'll be the linchpin that keeps our creative gears turning smoothly. Your main quests will include:

Proposal CraftingTransform creative concepts into compelling project proposalsCollaborate with our artistic team to ensure proposals capture the essence of our visionTailor proposals to client needs and industry trends

Client ServicingBe the friendly face and voice of our studio to clientsUnderstand client needs and translate them into actionable project plansManage client expectations and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Project CoordinationOrchestrate the smooth flow of projects from concept to completionDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely deliveryIdentify potential roadblocks and implement solutions to keep projects on track

Team CoordinationFoster a collaborative environment among our diverse team of artists and techniciansFacilitate communication between different departmentsEnsure resources are allocated efficiently across various projects

What We're Looking For?Experience: 1-2 years in project management, preferably in a creative industryEducation: Degree in Project Management, Animation, or a related field

SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesBasic understanding of animation processes and technologiesProficiency in project management tools and software
