Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Head at Energy United India Pvt. Ltd. The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, team management and sales strategies. While the role is primarily located in Patna, some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Sales Management
- Account Management and Team Management
- Proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Generating Sales for Solar Systems under PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.
- Experience in sales within the solar industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the solar energy market, products, and industry regulations.
- Assist, develop and maintain relationships with potential customers/ suppliers through personal networking/web searches/traveling/ participating in tradeshows & calls, reach out to potential customers/suppliers and explore any new business opportunities.
- Report and update on market trends & product development to management as required.
- Support for updating of forecasts and order processing
- Updating weekly & monthly reports
- Responsible for monitoring sales support activities like submission of invoices/proposals / payment collection
