We are agile and nimble and constantly looking to deliver value to our clients - from rapid Salesforce implementations to improving the ROI from existing investments.Experience Required8-10 years in ML with recent experiences in AI engineering with focus on production-grade implementations.Role OverviewWe're seeking a seasoned AI/ML Engineer to architect and deploy advanced generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock. You'll work independently with minimal supervision, engage directly with clients, and drive technical excellence in cutting-edge AI initiatives.Key Responsibilities· Design and implement production-ready generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and related services· Build and deploy agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent systems· Lead client-facing technical discussions, requirement gathering, and solution presentations· Architect end-to-end ML pipelines from prototyping to production deployment· Evaluate and integrate latest LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering techniques· Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI/ML development.Required SkillsAWS & Cloud· Extensive hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock (Claude, Titan, Llama models)· Strong knowledge of AWS Sage Maker, Lambda, S3, EC2, and other ML services· Experience with cloud-based ML infrastructure and cost optimizationGenerative AI & LLMs· Deep expertise in latest LLM technologies and foundation models· Proven track record with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems· Advanced prompt engineering and fine-tuning experience· Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Open Search)Agentic Frameworks· Hands-on experience with any of the Lang Chain, Llama Index, Auto Gen, Google ADK, or Open AI SDK.· Building multi-agent systems and autonomous AI workflows· Tool integration and function calling implementationsCore ML/AI· Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and deep learning· Experience with Py Torch, Tensor Flow, Hugging Face Transformers· MLOps practices: CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and governanceSoftware Engineering· Proficient in Python with clean, maintainable code practices· API development (REST/Graph QL) and microservices architecture· Version control (Git), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)Soft Skills· Excellent communication skills for client interactions and technical presentations· Self-driven with ability to work independently and make architectural decisions· Strong problem-solving mindset with business acumen· Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving projects to completionPreferred Qualifications· Experience with enterprise AI deployments and compliance requirements· Knowledge of AI safety, responsible AI practices, and bias mitigation· Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects· Publication record or speaking engagements in AI/ML domain· AWS certifications (ML Specialty, Solutions Architect)What We Offer· Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects· Direct client engagement and visibility· Collaborative environment with innovation focus· Professional development and certification support
