The Training Manager will also deliver training sessions personally, ensuring that each employee meets the company's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs for sales staff and fitness trainers.
Create training materials, manuals, SOPs, and e-learning modules.
Develop soft skills training modules focusing on communication, customer handling, and grooming.
Sales Training:
Conduct training on sales techniques, plan selling, and customer relationship management.
Ensure sales staff are well-versed in all SOPs and processes.
Provide ongoing support and refresher training as needed.
Trainer Training:
Develop and deliver training programs for fitness trainers covering app usage, workout routines, and customer feedback mechanisms.
