The Mall Supervisor will be based on-site in Chikkaballapura. The responsibilities include managing daily operations, supervising mall staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with tenants, monitoring maintenance activities, handling emergencies, and preparing reports. The Mall Supervisor will also be responsible for enforcing mall policies and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for visitors.QualificationsExcellent management and leadership skillsCustomer service and conflict resolution abilitiesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in monitoring and coordinating maintenance activitiesExperience in handling emergencies and enforcing policiesReport preparation and documentation skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in the retail or hospitality industry is a plusBachelor's degree preferred.
