Company Description


We are Tradeomatic Limited; a company based in Hong Kong that specializes in supplying a whole set of B2B solutions in personal hygiene products and raw materials. We are seeking a qualified Key Account Manager Retail for our Indian company TRADEOMATIC ENTERPRISE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED to keep our revenue engine running for our in-house brand TokiBaby and TokiHealth.


Job Title: Key Account Manager Retail - INDIA


Work Location: Andheri East - Marol (Mumbai, India)


Work Time : 9 am - 6pm (Monday to Saturday)


Objectives of this Role:



  • Onboard new Hypermarkets, Horeca, Pharma clients.
  • Setting the Terms of Co-operation with Retail clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for various products to meet the company's needs and objectives.
  • Creating and implementation sales plan
  • Negotiate and secure New Listings, Product Placements and Promotional opportunities for the Modern Trade channel.
  • Driving the TOT parameters with Chains for effective and sustainable growth.
  • Review of business with Chains store team and Category Manager on driving the category with their support every month.
  • Collaborate with Modern Trade partners to develop joint business plans, promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Drive Sales Volume & Revenue by implementing effective trade marketing strategies and promotional programs against AOP for the chain.




Qualifications

  • Account Management, Business Planning, and Sales skills
  • Customer Service and Communication abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in retail or FMCG industry
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
