Join us as we scale further and raise the bar on uptime, cost-efficiency and automation.Role Snapshot:We’re seeking an experienced DevOps / SRE engineer with deep Kubernetes and cloud-native expertise. You’ll own reliability, automation, cost control and observability of our distribution platform.What You’ll Do:Build, deploy and operate containerised infrastructure on Kubernetes (Helm, KNative, service-mesh patterns)Lead cloud cost-efficiency: autoscaling, right-sizing, multi-region clusters, BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud) for enterprise clientsDrive GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Pulumi), automated provisioning & cluster operationsDefine and monitor SLOs/SLIs; build alerting/observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) and lead incident response & RCAPartner with engineers to embed reliability practices, deploy CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD/GitLab CI) and support high-traffic production servicesWhat We’re Looking For:4+ years in SRE/DevOps roles managing distributed, high-scale platformsStrong Kubernetes + Helm experience across multi-cluster/tenant environmentsHands-on with Kafka, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL and cloud (AWS/GCP) operationsProven track record of automation, cost optimisation and uptime ownershipExperience with GitOps, Terraform/Pulumi, CI/CD workflowsExcellent communicator and team collaborator; results-driven.Nice-to-Haves:Experience with KNative, service mesh (Istio/Linkerd), observability stacks, disaster recovery and cloud-security best practicesWhy SuprSend?Solve high-impact, large-scale engineering challengesCompetitive salary + ESOPsRapid growth, learning culture, deep technical ownership
