Duties & Responsibilities
- Build the bond between our brand and our customer, by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individual needs and requirements.
- Ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a professional manner within the required timeframes.
- Resolving any queries regarding products or services.
- Following-up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
- Maintain current knowledge of products,programs,processes and policies.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in a client services and relationship management role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Helpdesk support experience is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and service-orientated.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Able to manage time,prioritze and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Experience in the call centre or retail industry is advantegeous.
Requirements
