About Marty Martin

Marty Martin is a boutique Social Media and Performance Marketing Agency based in the heart of Bengaluru. We are a small team of 10=< folks passionate about creating shareable content. Having worked with brands like Flipkart, Healthify, and others, we love helping B2C brands sell better with our content.


So, what’s the role?

We are looking to hire a Social Media Marketer, who specializes in growing Instagram accounts with reels.


What will you do in this role?

  • Research and do competitor analysis to find what reels are performing for our client’s competitors.
  • Write briefs and scripts for reels for client accounts.
  • You will create strategies to grow client accounts.
  • You are also expected to direct shoots for reels to be posted on client accounts.


What will you require to qualify for this role?

  • You will require at least 2-4 years of experience in the Agency or the Ad world, having worked as a Social Media Manager or as a Creative Strategist.
  • If you have grown an Instagram page all by yourself to at least 25k followers - that’s a huge plus one But not necessarily a requirement.
  • Copywriting is a required skill. You’re expected to have a thorough understanding of Hooks and writing scripts.
  • You love collaborating and taking feedback from your teammates irrespective of their role or position in the agency

What is the salary range?

  • We aim to have someone with an expected CTC of 4-8 LPA for this role depending on their experience.
