Our vision is to create an intelligent, voice-activated operating layer for enterprises — built on schemaless architecture, deep automation, and real-time decision intelligence.We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Engineer with strong experience in LLMs, AI model integrations, and Django to help us build core modules and scale our platform.Role Overview You will be a key engineer responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling the backend of LeoRix — including LLM-powered features, API layers, workflow engines, and enterprise-grade backend services.This role requires expertise in Python, AI model integrations, Django, scalable architectures, and microservices.ResponsibilitiesCore EngineeringDesign, develop, and scale backend services using Python & Django.Build API-driven, modular, and scalable architectures for enterprise workflows.Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, HuggingFace, etc.).Develop LLM-based features: agents, workflows, context engines, prompt pipelines, embeddings, etc.Implement authentication, user management, and multi-tenant logic.Design and optimize database schemas (PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Redis).AI EngineeringBuild and optimize model pipelines for inference, embeddings, and retrieval.Implement RAG, vector databases, and knowledge graph–based intelligence.Improve model accuracy using prompts, training data, evaluation metrics, and feedback loops.Work with conversational agents (“Hey Leo”) and command-based workflows.Platform DevelopmentBuild microservices, event-driven workflows, and scalable distributed systems.Develop integrations with CRM, HR, Finance, Ops, and other enterprise systems (API integrations).Work closely with front-end & product teams to define architecture and core features.Ensure security, performance, and reliability of backend systems at scale.Collaboration & LeadershipMentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions.Work closely with founders for product roadmap, feasibility, and delivery timelines.Own technical decisions and proactively improve system architecture.Required Skills & Qualifications5–8 years of professional experience in software development.Expert-level proficiency in Python.Strong hands-on experience with Django / Django REST Framework.Proven experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, embeddings, or model fine-tuning.Strong knowledge of backend architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and modern database systems.Experience with Docker / Kubernetes / CI-CD pipelines.Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS / GCP / Azure).Strong understanding of security, scaling, and API design.Good to HaveExperience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma).Experience with FastAPI, Celery, or async Python.Knowledge of enterprise workflow systems or SaaS platforms.Experience with analytics pipelines or ETL systems.Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture.What We OfferOpportunity to build a next-gen AI enterprise platform at early stage.Ownership in solving cutting-edge AI and workflow automation challenges.Direct collaboration with founders and leadership.Fast-growing environment with room for innovation and leadership.Competitive compensation based on experience.How to Apply Apply Here (or) Send your resume, GitHub/portfolio links, and a short note on your LLM experience to:
