Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Business Analyst with expertise in Generative AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify AI-driven solutions, and contribute to the development and implementation of AI models. This role offers the opportunity to shape AI-powered initiatives and drive impactful results across diverse business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis:
- Gather and document business requirements by liaising with stakeholders across functions.
- Translate business needs into AI use cases and solution specifications.
- AI Integration:
- Collaborate with data scientists and developers to implement Generative AI models.
- Provide insights into integrating AI capabilities into existing workflows and platforms.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency using AI solutions.
- Recommend strategies for automation, personalization, and predictive analytics.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units.
- Communicate complex AI concepts in a simplified manner to stakeholders.
- Project Management:
- Ensure project deliverables meet timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct periodic reviews and present progress reports to management.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Evaluate the success of deployed AI models.
- Suggest improvements for model accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, MBA or related fields.
- Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, DALL-E, etc.).
- Technical Skills:
- Understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and AI concepts.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI API.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and data analysis abilities.
