Job Description :


Roles & Responsibilities :


- Should be able to work as an individual contributor and maintain good relationship with stakeholders.

- Should be proactive to learn new skills per business requirement.

- Familiar with extraction of relevant data, cleanse and transform data into insights that drive business value, through use of data analytics, data visualization and data modeling techniques.

Must Have Skills :

- Should have EXCELLENT knowledge on :

- Strong MS PowerBI skills.

- Hands-on experience in MS Azure SQL Database.

- Excellent knowledge of ETL packages using Visual Studio or Informatica.

- Data analysis, Business analysis.

- Database management and reporting (SQL & MS Azure SQL).

- Critical-thinking and problem-solving.

- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.

- Review and validate customer data as it's collected.

- Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse.

- Cooperate with IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible to leverage big data use cases.

- Monitor analytics and metrics results.

- Implement new data analysis methodologies.

- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies.

Good to have : Python/R.

Exp : 3- 7 yrs.

Locations : Bengaluru / Mumbai / Pune.

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer with 3-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in business intelligence, with a focus on MS Power BI, MS Azure SQL Database, and ETL packages.


Key Responsibilities :


- Develop and maintain robust business intelligence solutions using MS Power BI.


- Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.


- Design and implement ETL packages using Visual Studio or Informatica to extract, transform, and load data.


- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.


- Manage and maintain MS Azure SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.


- Review and validate customer data to maintain data quality and accuracy.


- Cooperate with the IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that support big data initiatives.


- Monitor analytics and metrics results to track performance and identify areas for improvement.


- Implement new data analysis methodologies to enhance insights and decision-making.


- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies, ensuring data quality and consistency.


Required Skills and Experience :


- 3-7 years of experience in business intelligence development.


- Strong proficiency in MS Power BI.


- Hands-on experience with MS Azure SQL Database.


- Experience with ETL packages using Visual Studio or Informatica.


- Strong data analysis and business analysis skills.


- Database management and reporting skills (SQL and MS Azure SQL).


- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
