Position Title :Research Analyst
Parul University is seeking a curious and analytical Research Analyst to join our Digital Marketing team. You will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on student demographics, education trends, and competitor activity in key target markets.
- Identify and analyze relevant data sources, including market research reports, government data, and industry publications.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from market research data and campaign performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and presentations to effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for admission initiatives and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Support the development of data-driven strategies for optimizing marketing campaigns and improving website user experience for students.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research methodologies and data analysis tools relevant to education marketing.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive, Web Manager, and other team members to ensure research findings are integrated into marketing and website optimization efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in research analysis, preferably in an educational or marketing context.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, AI Models).
- Excellent research skills with the ability to identify and access relevant data sources.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex research findings to a non-technical audience.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify trends and patterns in data.
- Familiarity with admission trends and challenges a plus.
