Role Description
Designing and Data Management:
· Strong graphic design sense and expertise in using Canva, and Corel Draw to create visual content.
· Design newsletters, internal mailers, annual calendars, diaries, festive greetings, and other promotional materials.
· Create and manage corporate PowerPoint presentations.
· Design event graphics for internal and external events (e.g., festivals, retreats).
· Manage large Excel data sets, including contact lists and mailout information.
· Track vendor management and distribution lists for events and gifting.
· Edit and proofread content for accuracy and consistency.
Internal & External Communications:
· Work with third-party design agencies to ensure marketing materials align with company design standards.
· Collaborate with internal teams to update content for corporate client presentations, gathering data from various departments.
· Verify project information using available tools, ensuring coordination across teams.
· Work with other departments to gather and maintain content needs in Excel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Masters Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or a related field
- Proven practical experience in using software – Canva and Coral Draw.
- Extensive practical experience and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with content management systems and analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn page handling.
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital media platforms.
- Ability to guide the company towards new avenues of branding, media, and growing Media Marketing Communication vertical in the Organization.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a 30-day notice period are preferred.
Budgeted CTC up to 7 lacs per annum plus performance-linked variable.
