Job Title: Associate AdvocateExperience: 5-7 years of Post Qualification Experience (must required)Location: New DelhiThis opportunity is for motivated individuals who possess in-depth understanding of the Supreme Court's operations and is looking to advance their career in a challenging and rewarding environment.Job Description:Conduct in-depth legal research using SCC and other legal databases to support case preparation and strategy development.Draft various legal documents including Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), Counter Affidavits and Writ Petitions (WPs) with precision and clarity.Efficiently prepare notes and briefs for senior advocates, ensuring comprehensive and accurate case representation.Maintain and manage a comprehensive MIS (Management Information System) for all Supreme Court matters, ensuring up-to-date and organized records.Ensure strict compliance with all legal timelines and court deadlines without exception.Possess excellent communication and drafting skills to effectively liaise with clients and court officials.Demonstrate a willingness to learn, perform and appear in court as required, showcasing a proactive approach to professional development.Be self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team, contributing to the firm’s overall success.Qualifications:A law degree from a recognized university.5-7 years of direct experience working in the Supreme Court of India.Thorough understanding and familiarity with the Supreme Court’s procedures and practices.Proven track record of drafting legal documents and conducting research.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A strong desire to learn and grow within the legal profession.How to Apply:Please send your resume with your relevant experience to
