Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Data Management & CRM Specialist to play a pivotal role in activating/developing our cold database through strategic marketing nurture campaigns. This role requires a keen eye for data, a strong understanding of CRM systems, and a passion for driving customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
A) Data Management:
- Cleanse, enrich, and segment cold database to identify high-potential leads.
- Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
B) CRM System Management:
- Configure and optimize CRM system (e.g., LeadSquared, HubSpot) to support marketing automation and lead nurturing.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, and workflows to track lead progression.
- Implement Reporting based data-driven segmentation and scoring models to prioritize leads.
C) Marketing Nurture Campaign Activation:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing nurture campaigns to engage cold leads.
- Create compelling email sequences, personalized content, and automated workflows.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- A/B test different campaign elements to improve engagement and conversion rates.
D) Lead Scoring and Qualification:
- Develop and implement lead scoring models to identify high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with SDR team to qualify and hand off leads effectively.
- Ensure clear lead dispositioning and accurate data entry into the CRM.
E) Data-Driven Insights:
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
- Reporting Based on objective modelling for lead disposition stages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in data management, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
