Business Needs Assessment
Conduct consultations with clients to understand their business operations, objectives, and specific legal requirements.
2. Contractual Advisory
Advise clients on the types of contracts needed for their business operations, such as service agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and employment agreements.
Provide guidance on the purpose and importance of each contract type.
3. Policy Advisory
Recommend internal policies required for the client’s business, including HR policies, data protection policies, and operational compliance frameworks.
4. Intellectual Property (IP) Advisory
Advise clients on protecting their intellectual property, such as trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Provide consultation on IP-related strategies and agreements.
5. Client Communication
Clearly explain legal concepts, requirements, and potential risks to clients in an accessible manner.
Offer practical solutions to address legal challenges.
6. Continuous Learning and Updates
Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices to provide relevant and accurate advice.
Inform clients of legal changes that may impact their business operations.
QUALIFICATION:
Law graduate with a strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.
Proven experience in client consultation, including assessing legal needs and providing strategic advice.
Expertise in onboarding new clients, understanding their business models, and aligning legal strategies accordingly.
