Job Title: Business Development Manager - Microsoft Services & Cloud Solutions


Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the Microsoft services and cloud solutions space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Microsoft services (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365) and cloud solutions to enterprise clients. Additionally, experience with staff augmentation is essential, as the role will involve developing new business relationships and managing large-scale projects.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients in need of Microsoft services and cloud solutions.
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise-level organizations.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to closing deals, with a focus on Microsoft services (Azure, Dynamics 365, licensing, etc.)


Staff Augmentation:

  • Understand client needs for IT staff augmentation and build a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet those needs.
  • Work with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to uncover new opportunities for selling cloud services and augmenting their IT teams.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to demonstrate the value of the company’s offerings.


Market Research & Strategy:


  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for new business.
  • Develop strategies to target key industries, including financial services, healthcare, and technology, among others.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with technical and service delivery teams to ensure that client needs are met and that projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales collateral and campaigns tailored to Microsoft and cloud service offerings.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience selling Microsoft services (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365) and cloud solutions.
  • Proven success in staff augmentation and understanding the nuances of IT staffing and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Ability to network and build relationships with clients at the executive level.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
