As we expand, we are seeking an experienced insurance specialist to join our remote team in India and support our valued Irish clients. Role Overview: We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive professional with a background in general and commercial insurance. In this role, you will advise Irish clients, manage renewals, handle claims, and develop insurance solutions that meet both individual and business needs—all from a fully remote setting in India. Key Responsibilities: Advise Irish clients on a broad range of general and commercial insurance products, including property, liability, business, and motor Assess client requirements, review current policies, and recommend suitable coverage options Manage new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims processes efficiently and professionally Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent customer service and communication Liaise with Irish insurers and providers to negotiate terms, obtain quotes, and resolve queries Ensure all work is compliant with relevant Irish regulations and company procedures Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the insurance division Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in general and/or commercial insurance (broker or advisory experience mandatory) Strong understanding of insurance products and regulatory environment in Ireland or willingness to learn Irish market requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong client service, organisational, and negotiation skills Comfortable working remotely, independently, and as part of a distributed team High level of professionalism and integrity Opportunities & Benefits: Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) and performance-based incentives Employer support for further professional qualifications (e.G., CIP, QFA, ACII) Flexible, fully remote working arrangement from anywhere in India Exposure to Irish and international markets Clear career progression opportunities in a supportive, growth-focused team
