Role - HR - MIS /Analytics & Corporate HR Support

Location: Chennai (Corporate Office)

Position Dossier: Executive HR role in Engineering and Metals division


Purpose:

Support the Engineering and Metals Division in the implementation of HR initiatives and processes to leverage human resources for higher employee productivity. Accurate and timely preparation and submission of HR reports.


Qualification and Experience:

  • Candidates with a Master’s degree in human resource management / MSW
  • 2-5 years of experience in Corporate HR
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Power Point)


Reporting to: AVP HR (HRBP Engineering and Metals)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in driving HR initiatives across locations
  • Liaison with the HR teams of plants and branches to track progress of various HR initiatives and report status and effectiveness
  • Employee database management
  • Responsible for HR Administration related work
  • Maintain Organisation Charts and release it to key stake holders every month
  • Responsible for MIS and to release reports on key HR metrics every month
  • Support in driving employee engagement activities
  • Manpower planning and budgeting
  • New hire orientation process in compliance with company policy and governmental regulations
