We are on the lookout for a dedicated Operations Executive to join our expanding team and play a key role in the efficient processing of customer orders and maintaining exceptional communication standards.
Job Overview: As an Operations Executive, you will be instrumental in the success of our customer-centric operations. Your responsibilities will include precise order entry into our proprietary tool, handling customer inquiries through email, and collaborating seamlessly with our US team during Indian night hours.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
- Enter customer orders accurately into our proprietary tool, ensuring a seamless workflow.
- Collaborate with various teams to guarantee the timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Customer Communication:
- Process customer emails promptly, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure a positive and satisfying experience.
Returns and Refunds management:
- Handle customer returns and respond to missing item claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assess situations to determine appropriate resolutions, such as issuing refunds, replacements, or store credits.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with our US team during Indian night hours to facilitate effective communication and handovers.
- Foster a collaborative environment to enhance overall team efficiency.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate comprehensive reports related to order processing and customer interactions.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all customer communications and transactions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in any field.
- Freshers welcome.
- Computer literate with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in order processing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Reporting Structure: You will report directly to a senior manager, providing regular updates on your activities and seeking guidance when necessary.
Goals and Objectives: Your primary goals will revolve around efficient order processing, maintaining high communication standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.
Company Culture Fit: We value self-motivated individuals who exhibit a strong work ethic and are committed to completing tasks with excellence. While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates based in Mumbai, aligning with our commitment to fostering a local presence.
Requirements: In addition to your commitment to working night shifts, a high level of proficiency in the English language is essential for effective communication with our global teams and customers.
