Requirements:

·         Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

·         Expert-level proficiency in Python, including libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, and matplotlib.

·         Hands-on experience with pyspark and Azure Databricks for large-scale data processing and model deployment.

·         Strong background in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and advanced analytics.

·         Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.

·         Proficiency in developing classification, clustering, and regression models.

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

·         Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

·         Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and address business needs.

·         Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.

·         Familiarity with other data processing tools and languages is a plus (e.g., SQL, R).

Responsibilities

·         Develop, implement, and optimize statistical models and machine learning algorithms for classification, clustering, and regression.

·         Perform hypothesis testing and other statistical analyses to validate models.

·         Use pyspark for distributed data processing and large-scale data analysis.

·         Design and deploy machine learning models in Azure Databricks.

·         Conduct experiments to evaluate and improve model performance.

·         Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply them to our practices.

·         Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts in best practices and advanced analytical techniques.

·         Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data science processes and methodologies.
