Experience Required:

6+ years of comprehensive experience in Java full stack development and AWS.

Location:

Chennai (Hybrid – 3 days from office)

Skills & Expertise:

  • Java Development: Hands-on experience with web development in Java, including Spring Boot and Core Java.
  • JavaScript Frameworks: Proficient in Angular, React, or Vue.js with Node.js for front-end development.
  • Back-End Development: Strong background in microservices implementation and containerization with Docker.
  • Database Mastery: Expertise in relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra).
  • Cloud Proficiency: At least 4 years of experience with cloud providers such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Architectural Knowledge: Familiar with N-tier Architecture (MVC) and ORM (Object Relational Mapping).
  • Agile Leadership: Proven experience in leading Agile-based delivery teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engineering Efforts ️: Oversee and manage the delivery pipeline of software engineering solutions across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate & Innovate : Work closely with business, sales, and marketing teams to define requirements, develop scalable solutions, and implement best practices.
  • Drive Technical Excellence : Ensure adherence to top engineering practices, including design reviews, continuous integration, and test-driven development.
  • Hands-On Problem Solving : Lead by example in exploring new technology platforms and solving complex problems.
  • Quality Assurance ✅: Implement and advocate for high-quality assurance techniques to deliver top-notch software solutions.
  • Talent Management : Attract, retain, and effectively utilize a diverse and skilled engineering team.
  • Technology Pitches : Assemble and present technology solutions to senior technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support & Engage : Assist presales and solutions teams in securing new business, improve client relationships, and manage day-to-day operations and communications efficiently.
