Overview: We’re looking for a savvy Customer Advocacy Specialist to help execute, optimize, and scale our Advocacy programs within our Customer Base. This person will help drive advocacy acts and amplify our customers' voices in the market. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, creative, and capable of working cross-functionally across marketing, customer success, sales, and product teams. Most importantly, this person is passionate about engaging with customers and turning Cvent fans into advocates. In This Role, You Will: Manage Cvent’s customer advocate platform, including content creation, new member recruitment, rewards fulfillment, member communications, and reporting. Measure advocate engagement and build a steady engagement journey. Maintain the content calendar and collaborate with teams across the organization on various advocacy activities. Develop relationships with customers and work with cross-functional teams to source customer advocates and amplify their stories through testimonials, speaking engagements, videos, case studies, media, and more. Assist with drafting and editing content as needed. Maintain an updated database of references and enable internal teams on customer advocacy programs and content. Develop tactics to drive 5-star product reviews on public-facing review sites. Assist with drafting customer communications to drive advocacy programs and support lifecycle marketing campaigns. Assist with measuring performance across advocacy programs. Here's What You Need: Any Graduate (MBA-Marketing will be preferred) 3 to 5 years of experience in customer advocacy programs and executing advocacy campaigns, and stakeholder coordination (US preferred)Knowledge of basic and intermediate Excel is mandatoryKnowledge of Salesforce.com preferredKnowledge of Customer Marketing tools: Influitive, Base.ai, etc., preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with particular attention to detailAbility to remain flexible and prioritize while juggling multiple projects in a tight, deadline-oriented environmentAbility to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentGood analytical and logical ability Manage Cvent’s customer advocate platform, including content creation, new member recruitment, rewards fulfillment, member communications, and reporting.
