Job Description :


Key Responsibilities :

Leadership and Management :

- Lead and mentor the DevOps team, providing guidance and support on best practices and technical issues.

- Define and implement DevOps strategies and practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage and prioritize tasks and projects to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

CI/CD Pipeline Management :

- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment.

- Implement and manage build and release processes, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Infrastructure Management :

- Oversee the deployment and management of infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e. , Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of infrastructure in cloud and on-premises environments.

- Implement and manage configuration management tools (e., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).

Automation and Optimization :

- Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

- Optimize infrastructure and application performance, addressing bottlenecks and scalability issues.

- Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.

- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment and address technical challenges.

- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and performance metrics.

Security and Compliance :

- Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements in all DevOps processes.

- Implement security measures and policies for infrastructure and applications.

- Conduct regular security assessments and audits.

Required Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : 5 to 10 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong background in CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure management.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e., Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with configuration management tools (e., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.

- Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (e., Prometheus, ELK stack, Grafana).

Preferred Qualifications :

- DevOps certifications (e., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer).

- Experience with serverless architecture and related technologies.

- Knowledge of data management and database technologies.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices
