Roles & Responsibilities ● Risk Management: Deep understanding of financial market risks, particularly in equities and derivatives. ● Operations: Strong knowledge of trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation processes. ● Compliance: Expertise in SEBI regulations and exchange requirements. ● AML & Surveillance: Experience in conducting AML and surveillance investigations. ● Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends to mitigate risks. Should have at least 5 years of experience in: ● Overseeing risk management functions for the institutional desk. ● Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. ● Managing trade processing and settlement operations. ● Conducting AML and surveillance investigations. ● Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Must Haves ● Proven experience in institutional desk operations, particularly in equities and derivatives. ● Strong understanding of Indian financial markets and regulatory landscape. ● Experience in designing and implementing risk management frameworks. ● Strong background in financial operations, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. ● Excellent documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills. Good to Have ● Advanced degree in finance or related field. ● Certifications in risk management or compliance. ● Experience with risk management systems and tools.
