At Infinite Edge Designs, we pride ourselves on precision, innovation, and superior customer service.Role DescriptionThis is an on-site, full-time role for a Sr. BIM Modeler (SCAN TO BIM) located in Ahmedabad. The Sr. BIM Modeler will be responsible for converting point cloud data into accurate BIM models, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting and processing scanned data, developing detailed 3D models, collaborating with architects and engineers, and reviewing outputs for quality assurance. The role also involves the integration and coordination of architectural and MEP elements within BIM environments.QualificationsProficiency in BIM workflows, including SCAN to BIM, CAD to BIM, and PDF to BIM processesStrong skills in 3D modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and associated toolsExperience in interpreting and working with point cloud data and integrating it into BIM modelsKnowledge of architectural and MEP design standards and codes, especially for international marketsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skills for data accuracy and model integrationAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and meet project deadlinesBachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
