Job Title: Compliance and Dispute AnalystLocation: Ahmedabad, GujaratJob Type: Full-TimeIndustry: USA IT Staffing & RecruitmentExperience: 2+ YearsShift: (US Shift / EST HoursKey Responsibilities:- Manage and execute the entire refund process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.- Communicate with candidates via email and phone to confirm refund eligibility, obtain required information, and provide updates.- Investigate and resolve Stripe dispute cases by collecting relevant documentation, analyzing claims, and preparing formal responses.- Maintain organized records of refund requests, supporting documents, and resolution statuses.- Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Recruitment, and Compliance to ensure accuracy and transparency in all transactions.- Monitor recurring dispute trends and escalate any issues or patterns that need managerial attention.- Ensure all refund and dispute handling follows internal policy and payment platform guidelines (e.g., Stripe).Qualifications:- Prior experience in refund management, customer service, or dispute resolution preferred (especially in staffing, payroll, or fintech settings).- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent documentation, record-keeping, and follow-up abilities.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential data professionally.- Familiarity with Stripe or other payment processing platforms is a plus.
