B2B Pre-Sales Representative

Our flagship products, Frontier X Plus (FDA 510 (k) cleared) and Frontier X2, are revolutionizing the way healthcare professionals monitor and manage cardiovascular health. We serve various medical fields, including hospitals, clinics, clinical research organizations (CROs), sports cardiology practices, and more. We are seeking a motivated B2B Pre-Sales / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive the generation of qualified leads for our sales team.
Position Overview:
As a B2B Pre-Sales / Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Fourth Frontier, your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate high-quality leads from healthcare institutions, including hospitals, clinics, CROs, and sports cardiology practices in the USA. You will work closely with the sales team to qualify prospects and ensure they are handed off with the necessary information for a smooth sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the healthcare and MedTech industry, and the ability to nurture relationships and create opportunities for the sales team. Your success will directly contribute to the growth of the company by generating new business and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation
○ Research and identify potential leads within hospitals, clinics, clinical research organizations, sports cardiology, and other medical fields.
○ Use multiple channels (cold calling, email outreach, social media, webinars, and industry events) to initiate contact with potential leads and generate interest in Frontier X Plus and Frontier X2 products.
○ Build and maintain a list of high-potential prospects in your assigned territory.
● Qualification of Leads
○ Engage with inbound and outbound leads to assess their needs and determine if they are a good fit for our products.
○ Qualify leads through discovery calls, gathering essential information on decision-making processes, timelines, and budgets to ensure they meet the criteria for handoff to the sales team.
● Collaboration with the Sales Team
○ Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) and the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and to provide necessary context on qualified leads.
○ Setup meetings, product demos, and presentations for the sales team, ensuring that prospects have a strong understanding of the value of our products.
● Nurturing Relationships
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, providing value through informative content, product information, and consistent follow-ups.
○ Engage prospects in ongoing conversations to keep them interested and guide them through the early stages of the sales funnel.
● Sales Pipeline Management
○ Track lead activity and maintain an organized pipeline in Google sheets.
○ Update lead statuses, notes, and follow-up actions to ensure accurate reporting and effective handoff to the sales team.
● Market Intelligence & Feedback
○ Gather insights from leads and prospects to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings. ○ Share feedback with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies, messaging, and product positioning.
Qualifications:
● Education & Experience
○ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field.
○ 1-3years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the MedTech, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries in the USA.
○ Experience in cardiology, clinical research, or sports medicine is a plus.
● Skills & Competencies
○ Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and knowledge of key players (hospitals, clinics, CROs, sports cardiology, IDTFs etc.).
○ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to initiate and maintain conversations with senior decision-makers.
○ Ability to effectively qualify leads and identify prospects with high potential for conversion.
○ Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and utilizing social media to engage prospects.
