  • Graduated (preferred, majored in Mass Communications orArts) with 1+ years of experience
  • Ability to create thematically engaging content in different mediums
  • Proven project management skills (plan and implement projects with multiple work streams and dependencies)
  • Creative mindset, with the ability to think out of the box and challenge the status quo
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally and efficiently with internal and external partners/vendors


Here’s what your day would look like...


  • Implement IDfy’s employer branding strategy & recruitment advertising initiatives
  • Manage and continuously improve the company’s career website
  • Oversee the company's social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding
  • Explore different methods to promote job openings and career opportunities at the company
  • Develop creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website and identify new recruitment opportunities through social media
  • Create, uncover, and articulate personal and inspirational employee stories to support the employer's brand
  • Explore ways & means of showcasing IDfy’s values & culture to prospective employees via digital media
  • Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
  • Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, monthly magazine, email bulletin. You may also be required to work on the layout of content
