We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects. What you will be doing at Evalueserve: Develop VBA-based automation across Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Design and implement VBA-based dashboards for real-time data visualization, reporting, and performance tracking, tailored to business needs. Create custom macros for data manipulation, validation, formatting, and integration with external systems or APIs. Optimize and maintain existing VBA add-ins to ensure performance, reliability, and user-friendly interfaces. Good Experience on Python for web crawling. Independently manage end-to-end project lifecycles. Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills. Create detailed project plans including effort estimates, timelines, and wireframes. Deliver under tight deadlines with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and domain-specific teams. What you’ll need to have: Graduate or Postgraduate with 3–6 years of relevant experience in automation and process improvement Advancedprogramming expertise in VBA , with hands-on experience automating tasks across Excel , Outlook , PowerPoint , and Word . Experience in building web crawlers/scrapers using Python . Familiarity with Copilot Studio for agent creation. Knowledge of Power Platform  is a plus. Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLCs) .
