The ideal candidate should havehands-on experience managing operationsin asmall to mid-sized organization .Practical experience is valued more than formal education.The Co-Founder will be responsible forstrategic planning, business development, and operational managementof this new concept. Key responsibilities include:DrivingR&D and operational initiatives .Conductingmarket researchto identify growth opportunities.Strengtheninginternal and external communication channels .Makingdata-driven decisionsto propel the company forward.The role demandsextensive collaboration with stakeholdersandactive contribution to the company’s long-term vision .QualificationsStrong leadership, Analytical Skills, and ability to make data-driven decisionsExceptional Communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder managementExperience in Marketing and Operations, with a focus on business growth and market expansionProficiency in conducting Research to identify industry trends and opportunitiesEntrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to thrive under challenging conditionsExperience in the FoodTech or related industries is a plusBachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
