About Us:Avenue Digital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. If you're passionate about digital marketing and have a proven track record of driving successful advertising campaigns, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, develop, and manage impactful digital advertising campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth audience research to target the right demographics and optimize ad performance.
- Design engaging ad creatives, including images, videos, and compelling copy, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions to improve performance continuously.
- Perform A/B testing on ad formats, placements, and messaging to identify top-performing strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising platforms and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to integrate digital advertising into overall marketing strategies.
- Generate comprehensive performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Required:
- Proven experience as a Digital Advertising Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in managing advertising campaigns across major digital platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve high ROAS.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and video editing software.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
