  • CompetitiveAnalysis:

    • Benchmark Sportskeeda s contentcoverage against competitors implementing actionable insights foran enhanced user experience in trending celebritycontent.

  • Ownership andGrowth:

    • Take complete ownership of theProfit & Loss (P&L) and growth responsibilities forthe Gaming section.

    • Work closely with the ContentManager & Senior Content Manager on R&D datadriveninsights and overalldevelopment.

  • TeamManagement:

    • Manage Content Specialists andwriters on a dailybasis.

    • Foster collaboration and creativitywithin the team.

  • Content Quality andProcesses:

    • Conduct regular analysis and auditof the Gaming content on the website as well as competitorwebsites.

    • Develop qualitative processes toelevate Sportskeedas brand in the realm of trending celebritycontent.

  • Execution andAnalysis:

    • Implement the content plan throughthe supervised team ensuring roundtheclock coverage and timely newsupdates.

    • Collaborate on creating datadrivendashboards to analyze content traffic sources and potentialgrowth.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    • 34 years of experience inmanaging content verticals with a focus on Esports andGamingrelated content.

  • IndustryKnowledge:

    • Understanding of modern gamingculture industry trends and the dynamics of trendingstories.

  • SkillSet:

    • Proficient in SEO Digital MarketingText Content Business andAnalytics.

    • Efficiency with social media usageand ability to streamline daily scouting and trackingoperations.
