Key Responsibilities :Lead, manage, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to optimize lead generation, qualification, and conversion rates.Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.Monitor the team’s sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and ensure timely follow-ups on leads and opportunities.Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to align on sales campaigns, product launches, and lead generation strategies.Establish clear sales goals and targets, and ensure alignment with the broader company objectives.Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations, ensuring that they meet customer needs and business goals.Ensure the team is trained on the latest product offerings, sales methodologies, and tools, providing continuous development opportunities.Foster a positive, goal-driven, and competitive sales environment that encourages team collaboration and individual growth.Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.Handle escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.Drive the use of CRM systems and sales tools to track customer interactions, progress, and outcomes.Key Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience (8+ years) in inside sales, in Cyber SecurityStrong track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams in a B2B or B2C environment.Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills to guide a team toward achieving sales goals.Ability to analyze sales data and metrics, develop insights, and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and sales automation tools.Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service teams.Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and setting sales targets.Results-driven with the ability to adapt strategies based on business needs and market trends.
