Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Bengaluru, India. The SDR will work both on-site and remotely, generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and initiating sales. The role involves prospecting potential clients, setting up meetings, and building strong relationships to facilitate the sales process. The SDR will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, demonstrating Kasplo's offerings and driving revenue growth through effective communication and strategic outreach. Qualifications Experience in Inside Sales and Business Development, with a proven ability to identify and pursue new opportunities. Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques to source and qualify high-potential prospects. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and foster client relationships. Sales-oriented mindset to effectively pitch products and services to target audiences. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a hybrid work environment that blends on-site and remote work. Prior experience in SaaS or e-commerce-related sales is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
